So I hit just under 2000 calories today. Officially, I was at 1994.4 cal, with 92.5g of protein, and over 100% of all micronutrients except thiamine (82%), vitamin E (78%), calcium (95%), magnesium (94%), and potassium (77%). I tend to be low on potassium, so that's not surprising. We'll see how the week's averages come out.
One thing that was interesting was that I got really dizzy during my evening martial arts class and had to leave halfway through. But it wasn't hungry-dizzy. I almost felt drunk. I think I might have been dehydrated. I hope I'm not getting sick.
