I ate mostly lacto-vegetarian except for dinner, so that explains the low selenium (eggs have plenty of it). I had a frozen vegetarian burrito for lunch, but a huge salad to go with it. Definitely did not feel the need to overeat late in the day after my caloric pre-noon period. And I still have a half a quart of chocolate milk for the next couple of days. Yum.
