Pretty good day. I had some treats, dipped into the candy jar in the office a couple of times, and I got myself a pack of sesame rice crackers, but I only ate 5 this evening. They're low enough in calories, despite being otherwise unremarkable nutritionally. I also served my dinner over a bed of baby spinach. It bulked up the whole meal, making it seem bigger, and upped my micronutrient tallies. Tomorrow's goal is to avoid the candy jar again. I did it yesterday.
