Did okay with not snacking. Had a few 3 Musketeers miniatures at work and a couple rice crackers before dinner. I did make pizza for dinner, but I chopped up spinach and garlic to put on mine, then covered that with slices of zucchini and a little part-skim mozzarella cheese. All on my homemade whole wheat crust. A perfect beginning to the weekend.
I'm sipping my herbal tea after a short yoga session and unwinding before bed. Tomorrow, I have a birthday open house/party to attend, so we'll see how that goes. The host is a home-brewer and a winemaker, so there will be drinking.
