1957.2 calories, 83.8g protein, short on vitamin E (87%), vitamin K (88%), iron (69%), magnesium (84%), and potassium (72%). An okay day. When I got home from capoeira, I even decided to have a spoonful of peanut butter instead of having ice cream after dinner. I figured it would be better, nutritionally, for roughly the same calories. I definitely enjoyed the giant sandwich I had for lunch; I'll have to remember that. So many veggies.
And I didn't get dizzy in capoeira. I had a bit of a headache, but that might have been from having a bit too much sugar today. I'll try to avoid sugar next Wednesday to see if it helps.
