It's a little late because I got home from the movie at 2:30 a.m. I'm still trying to decide if I want to go to the gym today...
Anyway: 1981.2 calories, 99.7g protein, short on niacin (94%), iron (86%), and potassium (86%). Omega 6:3 5.2:1. Wow, being slightly short on niacin, iron, and potassium is becoming kind of a theme. I guess meat is a good source of niacin.
I don't know if I'll muse today. I'm tired.
